We made one of our favorite camping meals this week, Mississippi Chuck Roast. This simple yet savory dish will feed a crowd and is inexpensive to make with just five ingredients. You can serve this dish over rice, egg noodles, or get down on that fall-apart, melt-in-your-mouth chuck roast alone.
